A French programme, the only programme in the world exclusively dedicated to electrical, electronic and HVAC equipment. It is a benchmark programme on the technical level, often referenced by European programmes for these categories.

it consists of a general framework, the PCR (Product Category Rules), which sets the base rules, and is enriched with around twenty frameworks specific to the product categories covered and their particularities, called PSR (Product Specific Rules). Producing an EPD under PEP Ecopassport must be done by combining these two documents.

PEP Ecopassport is exclusively focused on the EEE and HVAC equipment categories. These include cables, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, luminaires, charging stations, fire-safety equipment, etc.
A network of 51 verifiers accredited by the programme. Qweeko has accredited verifiers within its team.
