a common framework, the PCR Part-A (Product Category Rules, part A, the common methodological base), which can be combined with 163 frameworks specific to the product categories covered, the PCR Part-B (part B, the rules specific to a category). For EEE, 9 of the 17 categories studied correspond to the methodological rules put forward by PEP Ecopassport.
